Robust base, which consists of GGG60, is ground, polished and hardened on the slideway. Precise aligning slots for fixing of jaws
Fully enclosed, maintenance-free, low wear high pressure spindle with special mechanical power intensifier
Hardened and ground workpiece support surfaces ensure high precision and optimum resistance to wear

Convenient handling thanks to adjustable torque wrench or clamping against incorporated stop. Max. torque 30 Nm.
Outlet for the discharge of coolant and chips
Precise longitudinal and transverse aligning slots
Optional: Threaded holes for zero point clamping systems available

The conventional clamping means clamping of parallel, pre-machined or plain workpieces and materials. The conventional clamping will be used generally for the second clamping process.

For clamping complex unmachined parts
The support jaws enable you to clamp different unmachined parts quickly and securely. Jaws for gripper clamping can be found on the following pages.
Gripper clamping:

Support jaws are used to mount different gripper studs (threaded gripper studs or universal gripper set)
Gripper studs can be screwed onto grid plates in variable positions to securely clamp a wide variety of workpiece geometries
Additional pivot function of the movable clamping jaw compensates for non-parallel clamping surfaces, and is necessary for clamping uneven workpieces
Three-point clamping is possible by means of the rigid support jaw

The clamping widths of the TITAN depend on the positioning of the grippers or universal gripper set on the support jaws. Whether you intend to clamp large or small workpieces, the adjustment options of our grippers or universal gripper set permit unlimited clamping possibilities.
