Scope of Application:
- Modular clamping system for horizontal machining centre.
Clamping Column Features:
- Cast Iron GG 30.
- Heat Treated Normalized
- Alloy steel body and case hardened at 60 HRC with rigid construction and exclusion of vibration
- Parallelism of body is within 0.02 mm vise with pull-down jaws.
- Since the work piece is clamped by pulling down, floating up is prevented in spite of the powerful clamping force.
- Reproducible clamping force are achieved using a torque wrench.
- 4 extra tapped holes over the jaws for special stack type jaw application.
