MAXION Jänsch & Ortlepp GmbH is an owner managed company and located near the city of Jena in the east of Thuringia. 80 employees are producing high-quality products and are securing the continuous development of the company. MAXION is offering a wide-ranging product range with a high level of vertical integration.
Main focus is placed on the manufacture of drilling and special purpose machines with drilling diameter up to 50 mm.
The machines are distributed worldwide via a diversified dealer network.
A quick-growing division is our commission processing sector with its specialization on deep-hole drilling. MAXION is highly specialized in this area, well-known mold-makers as well as the leading German automobile manufacturers are numbered among our key account.
In addition we are manufacturing special purpose machines and devices for the furniture fitting industry as well as traditional hand tools like machine vices, drill stands for hand drills .
Company MAXION is offering customer-oriented service, which includes among other things maintenance and repair for machines of the brands MAXION and IXION.
Because of own apprenticeship training, targeted investments and realisation of own innovations MAXION is always up to date in modern technical developments and is securing our city of Pößneck as business location in the future.
