• Infrastructure Management
• Monitoring & Security Solutions

All services are subject to formal agreements or proposals agreed upon prior to engagement.

Clients engaging with AMTPL India agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use services lawfully and in compliance with applicable regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of all credentials and access details

Both parties agree to uphold strict confidentiality obligations, including:

• Protect all confidential information shared during engagement
• Not disclose sensitive business or technical data to third parties

We handle all client data securely and in full compliance with applicable data protection laws, including international standards where applicable. Appropriate technical and organizational measures are in place to safeguard your information.

• All website content, branding, and materials are the exclusive property of AMTPL India
• Ownership of project deliverables will be defined individually within each service contract

• All payments must be made as per the agreed terms outlined in the service proposal or contract
• Delays in payment may result in suspension of active services

AMTPL India shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages arising from service use
• Failures or interruptions caused by third-party services or platforms
• Data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We are committed to maintaining high service uptime and reliability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for downtime arising from maintenance, infrastructure issues, or events beyond our control.

• Domestic clients: These terms are governed by the laws of India
• International clients: Jurisdiction may be mutually agreed upon and defined within individual service contracts

AMTPL India reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of:

• Violation of these terms or company policies
• Non-payment or persistent payment delays

AMTPL India may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage periodic review of this page.
